  • Donations for Graceworks

    For the month of May, we’re collecting large family-size shampoo and conditioner, along with size 4 and 5 diapers, to support GraceWorks. Donations can be placed in the Basic Essentials cart, now located in the Narthex. Thank you for helping meet the needs of our community!

  • Adults 55+ Summer Dinners

    Join us every Wednesday at 5 PM throughout the Summer at the Franklin Chop House. No need to sigh up. Just show up.

  • May 31 to June 1 Love trains? Scenery? Time with friends? 

    Don’t miss this trip! Join us for a scenic 4–5 hour ride on the Hiawassee River Loop with the Tennessee Valley Railroad! 

    Visit tvrail.com, click “View All Train Rides,” then “Hiawassee Loop” to learn more and purchase tickets. Our group is aiming for the 9410 Dome tickets ($99)—only 12 available! Other options include Observation Car ($85), Crown Class ($62), and Standard Adult ($52). Travel plans are flexible—some will carpool from Franklin Saturday morning, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight in the Cleveland/Delano/Etowah area. The train departs from Delano Depot Sunday at 1:30 PM. We’ll return Sunday evening. Optional stops include the TN Valley Railroad Museum (Chattanooga) and L&N Railway Museum (Etowah).   • Adult Summer Sunday School

    “Revelation” is a book of mystery and unfamiliar symbols, but we can understand it. The book’s message of hope and resistance speaks loudly into today’s current political climate. This adult Sunday offering by Eddie Bellis begins June 1 and will end Sunday, August 10. We will use a Kerygma curriculum ($10/person) which can be ordered by dropping off a check at the church office or paying online by clicking here.   • OUtreach

    Franklin Pride- June 7- 12-6PM at Harlinsdale Farm- Come visit our FPC tent and enjoy the event. We are also looking for members to volunteer for tent shifts.     Juneteenth Celebration- June 19- 11AM-5PM, area around the McLemore House Museum- This event is open to the public and commemorates the emancipation of the African-American enslaved. Music, food, games, and African American cultural activities are part of the celebration. FPC will have a tent to support the event, provide drinks, and get to know some of our neighbors. We are looking for members to volunteer for tent shifts. Contact Verna Rydlund to learn more.

  • Fish and Loaves

    Join us for Fish and Loaves Meal Ministry! The Mission Committee is partnering with Downtown Presbyterian in Nashville to serve in their Fish and Loaves Meal Ministry on Saturday, June 14. Volunteers will meet at FPC Franklin at 7:45 AM to carpool on the bus or can drive separately and meet at Downtown Presbyterian at 8:20 AM.

    Complimentary parking is available.

  • Inquirer Gathering

  • Women's Connection

    Women of FPC it’s time to show your interest in attending the 2025 Montreat Women’s Connection August 8-10.   • There will be no meeting on May 23 as we take a break that week. We’ll resume on May 30, beginning our new study: Life: My Story Through History by Pope Francis.

  • Sign up here! The flowers add to our worship by reminding us of God’s creation, and then are broken down into smaller arrangements and delivered to members of our congregation as a reminder of the love of their church family and of God. The cost is $85, and you may pay online or with a check with worship flowers in the memo line. Thank you for providing flowers each week to enhance worship.
