Some letters don’t just sit on a page; they breathe. They whisper across centuries and find their way into our Monday mornings, our meetings, our worries, and our hopes. Paul’s first letter to the Corinthians is one of those letters. This summer, you’re invited to gather with us for Summer Adult Sunday School where we’ll listen closely to this ancient voice and discover how it still speaks into the rhythm of our work and the realities of our world today. With the Bible as our primary guide, we’ll explore what Paul meant then, and how his words meet us right where we are now.

The Youth Group will have a combined middle and high school Sunday School class during the summer from May 31st to August 9th (with a one-week holiday off on July 5th). Even on the Sundays when some are off are on a Youth trip, there will still be class! This summer, our study series is called The Classics, and we'll be examining some of the most famous and first-learned Bible stories through an older, more nuanced lens. Stories like Noah's Ark and Jonah may seem idyllic when learned in Children's church, but there is a lot that we can learn from these classic tales when we dig deep!

Children's Summer Sunday School takes place at 9 AM in Room 209 May 31- August 9. We will look at the Wonders of Creation. Topics from insects to trees to mountains.

Crossroads Work Day — October 3

Join us for a Community Work Day at Crossroads Mission Care in Dixon Springs.

Crossroads Mission Care, founded by Gil & Patti Carter, serves as a retreat and place of restoration for EMTs, firefighters, law enforcement, pastors, missionaries, and military families. Their property provides space for respite, emotional support, prayer, and practical help. Deadline to sign up is September 27. More info and signup here.

As we wind down our study of Psalms, we’re diving intoProverbs through the insightful work of Christine Yoder. Together, we’ll explore how these ancient sayings do more than offer advice. This book of ancient wisdom shapes the way we see the world, guiding us toward what is good, wise, and true. Yoder helps us slow down and listen closely to the poetry, the patterns, and the purpose behind each proverb, inviting us into a lifelong conversation about faithful living.

Whether you’re a longtime student of Scripture or just looking for a place to grow, this is a space for honest discussion, thoughtful reflection, and brotherhood. Come as you are.
